Summary: How to Control/Train an Aggressive Dog
I’m a freelance writer for a new Web site devoted to pet lovers. I’m looking to interview veterinarians and dog obedience experts on a tight deadline on the following pet/animal topic: “Tips for How to Control/Train an Aggressive Dog.” If you would like to be featured in my article, I need leads/answers to the following questions no later than Oct. 18. I can either interview you on the phone (please let me know your availability; I’m reachable Thursday, Saturday or Sunday) or you can e-mail back answers in full sentences that can be used as quotes (for the person I’m quoting, you must include your full name, exact title, credentials/degrees, company/clinic name, brief description of company, location where company is based and location where you work) to the following questions: 1) If you’ve noticed any signs of aggressive behavior in your pet dog, why is it important to curb these behaviors/train the dog? 2) Are there any particular breeds that are more prone to aggressive behaviors, even latent aggression that pops up later when you don’t expect it? 3) What is aggressive canine behavior a sign of? Poor training? Prior abuse? Illness? 4) When is it time to seek help (i.e., hire a dog obedience trainer, see a vet)? 5) What are the top tips you would recommend to prevent/discourage aggressive behavior in a pet dog? Please list a few, provide details and indicate how/why the tip is beneficial. 6) Any other thoughts or recommendations on this topic?

Summary: Home Decor
For a morning show segment, I am looking for products that would be helpful to people getting their households ready for the holiday season and houseguests. While the segment is about making your place look nice for holiday houseguests, it doesn’t mean the products pitched have to have Christmas trees or holly decorations. They can be seasonal colors, etc. Please use “Home Decor” as your e-mail subject. No phone calls or e-mail file attachments, please.
